Moxibustion

Moxibustion uses the plant mugwort after it has been dried and processed to warm different acupuncture points or areas on the body. 

 

Moxibustion can be used to treat a variety of conditions, and is used by Dr. Kate as an adjunct therapy to acupuncture when indicated.

Mugwort is also used as a blood invigorating herb in Chinese Herbal Medicine!
